I have issue with my 2013 Fox Float CTD Evolution 8.5x2.5 shock that has ID CCZ9, compression tune is L and climb tune is F, it came on Santa Cruz Heckler frame and has no Boost valve or trial adjust. But screwing around with 500psi of Nitro can break some finger, destroy a shock any number of things. So it has nothing to do with being tight lipped. For the price of any one of those you could have it rebuilt a few times. You need a nitrogen tank with at least 500 psi, a special fox Nitro charging needle, and some other things. You do not have the seals, and the equipment to fix this yourself.
